Wedding Dress Pattern Making – fashion school in Rome
The Theatre Costume Pattern making short course is designed to train specialized stage costumes pattern makers, ready to work in the industry once they have completed their studies. It starts with the study of basic topics such as anatomy, fit and different types of darts transfers. Following the analysis of different types of models, students then move on to the creation of the garment on canvas and fabric.
This being a short course, it will not be possible to cover all the subjects in depth: depending on the student’s experience, the teacher will design the most suitable program. If you are a beginner you will focus more on the basic topics, if you are already at a good level you can concentrate on more specific topics.
It will be possible to visit the classrooms, you will be able to view the projects of the former students, have a direct meeting with the director Fernando Burgo and the professors to request advice for an orientation on the program most suited to their attitudes and needs, it will also be possible to participate in one or more workshop of your choice.
