Istituto di Moda Burgo is happy and proud to announce the victory of Stella Suriano, a former student of the famous school with the headquarters located in Milan.
Infact she is the overall winner for the section “L’ Accademia della Moda” of the innovative television program called “Detto Fatto” by Caterina Balivo, which has been on air the 19th of May on Rai 2, one of the main Italian National TV network.
Stella has demonstrated styling and tailoring skills of a real fashion designer. Her commitment, her dedication to the job but especially her passion, has led her to have the major prize: a permanent employment contract at Gianni Molaro Atelier, where she just completed an internship thanks to the victories of the firsts episodes of the same program.
The challenge has been difficult because many talented students from different schools in Milan took part. However, Stella has been able to stand out for the attention to details, for compliance of the Italian haute couture techniques, for the Made in Italy elegance and for her creativity. In addition to the commitment and love for this profession, her school education at Istituto di Moda Burgo has contributed to the results obtained. Stella has graduated with honors in 2015 at Istituto di Moda Burgo as Fashion Stylist. During her studies she took all the practical secrets of craft work that now are not easy to acquire in schools. Infact, Istituto di Moda Burgo prefers to invest in job training, through laboratories and workshops with full respect for the individuality of the student, providing the necessary tools to compete in the world of work.
