Fernando Burgo, born in Puglia, director of the prestigious Istituto di Moda Burgo in Milan, has been selected by the Regional Association Pugliesi for the “Ambassador of Puglia lands” award, edition 2016, on the occasion of Excellence event in Puglia.
The award ceremony will be held November 12 at the Alessi Hall of the Municipality of Milan in Piazza della Scala, 2 at 20.00.
The initiative follows the will to give recognition to those who contribute to the enhancement of human, cultural and social impact of Puglia lands.
The ceremony will be chaired by lawyer A.M. Bernardini de Pace. In the jury there will be members of the the academic, entrepreneurial and prominent institutions, including this year S.E. Alessandro Marangoni Prefect of Milan.
There has been some of the winners of the previous editions:
Ennio Capasa, Teo Teocoli, Renzo Arbore, Pasquale Zagaria, aka Lino Banfi and Albano Carrisi.
